Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Usage: Soak them 3-4 hrs and grind to mix into the Dosa or Idli Batter, make scrumptious Hemp Seed Chutney or Gun Powder by roasting them, blend them in Baked goods such as Bread, Muffins, Cookies, Crackers, Waffles, Pizza-base, Pasta, add to Smoothies and Cereal or even grind them up and use the coarse powder instead of Bread Crumbs!

In every 30 grams of seeds, or about 3 tablespoons, there are 8g of protein and 9g of fibre.
