- 1 ripe banana
- 1 good size organge or 2 small (OR 1/2 – 3/4 cup fresh berries)
- handful spinach
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds) or 3 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup water + more as needed
- 4 ice cubes
- Place peeled banana, oranges, spinach, hemp hearts or hemp protein powder, water and ice cubes into the blender cup and process until blended and smooth for about 1 minute.
